With solid roots in Mexican cuisine, MAYA takes its namesake from the same region of Mexico but combines overtones of Coastal Pacific, Yucatan & Sonoran influences, blending them together with the freshest Australian produce. Featuring elevated renditions of Mexican street fare, the menu is designed to be enjoyed in a shared style of dining similar to Eleven Rooftop Bar.
It’s a true celebration of the rich flavours and diverse culture the region is known for with standout dishes such as spicy tuna tostadas, snapper tacos and wagyu steak asado all prepared using open grill and flame cooking techniques
