V-Hub runs casual classes for kids and adults, catering to all experience levels. Get down with hip-hop, groove and street classes for advanced dancers on Wednesdays and beginners on Fridays.

Train for fitness or up your game to professional levels at Corporate Box Gym Valley. The limited-membership gym offers boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ/MMA, weights and personal training for all ages, fitness and experience levels. 

F45 Fortitude Valley

Achieve your 2021 health and fitness goals with functional training at F45 Fortitude Valley. It's open seven days a week and offers a great variety of cardio, HIIT, hybrid and resistance classes.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings

Shake it out at a Sambalicious fitness class for a high-energy, high-intensity, highly enjoyable workout. Instructor Mishel Finlayson puts the fun into Brazilian samba and capoeira classes.

Learn to pop and lock with Elements Collective hip-hop dance company at a beginner break class. The one-hour session is on every Tuesday from 5:45pm with casual drop-in entry.
