
Valley venues raising the festival vibes
Brunswick Street Live
Bursting into Brisbane’s ever-growing music festival scene for the first time, Brisbane City Council’s Brunswick Street Live is giving you another great reason to head to our iconic inner-city party precinct.
It’s FREE and coming to you from 12noon in the Brunswick Street Mall on Saturday 10 June.
Markets and street artists
As well as the unmissable live music lineup, there will be a curated collection of local artisan wares from specialist bakers, potters, and jewellers dotted throughout the mall.
You can also watch as talented street artists, Stewart Shuker, John Smith Gumbula and Shaun Clarkson work together to create a massive painting that evokes connection to place, community, and natural-world icons of Brisbane.

One of Brisbane’s longest-running live music venues, Ric’s is a weekend must visit and doubly more so as part of Brunswick Street Live.
Spray X Beats, 2-7pm
Grab a snack and a cold schooey alongside local artist Daniel Kent as he showcases his talents through live graffiti artwork in Ric’s Backyard. Enjoy the unique visual entertainment set to the latest electronic dance music from Brisbane’s up and coming DJ superstars including the winner and runner-up from Ric’s DJ Comp 2023.
Unearthed by Ric’s, 7-9pm
Start the night with live music from local artists and bands including Liquid Sun + support, before things pick up later in the night and the DJs hit the decks. Enjoy the chilled atmosphere and menu of classic street food at Ric’s.
